Overlooked

It’s been a fairly quiet day – I got up late this morning and did a bit of work on my project till mid-afternoon then went for a short walk over to the other side of Durham.

I got a couple of nice photos overlooking the city though the sun was in a bit of an awkward position so it was difficult to avoid lens flare.

Time for a quick rant – what is it with the current trend for extremely tacky looking England flags hanging off the side of peoples cars right now?? I understand the whole Euro 2004 business but a) we’re in England and hence it’s fairly safe to assume that the majority of people will be supporting England so what are you trying to prove with them? b) the old ‘patriotism’ argument just doesn’t wash anymore because there isn’t much left to be patriotic about (especially not as far as football and its supporters are concerned). If I’m wrong then tell me!

    http://www.suprnova.org/ where you download torrent files to use with a bittorrent download client (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/). On the site go to Movies > Asian, select the film you want, download the torrent then open that file in your client. Hope that makes sense!

    I would of course not condone illegally downloading films you do not own but some are simply not available to buy in the west (although Amazon have a good selection).

    Hello. This is totally off the topic. But I was browsing through the net in search of sites of which to download Japanese Films, and I came upon your site. After skimming through your blog, I was wondering where you get/download your japanese films, as you seem to have great taste in foreign films in general. Aside from the usual shareware programs (or just buying them), I can't download any good japanese films anywhere. Your help is much appreciated!
