Gone AWOL

To cut a long story short the housemate who I shared the internet connection with left and in doing so disconnected the internet and phone line hence the void of content here recently – sorry! I’ve now ordered a new connection but this probably wont be activated for about another 10 days (why does it take so long BT??!!). In the mean time I’ve been catching up with a few weird and wonderful films so hopefully I’ll post a few reviews soon.

In the mean time take a look at my del.icio.us feed for all that is currently passing through my brain (well sort of)!

Hmmm too late to read I.G. article now but I have really liked some of the work from the studio although disliked others. I wasn't so keen on the animation in Kill Bill Volume I although their are similarities in style between that and GITS I.

They forgot ^^;; in the Japanese smilies, you need that emotion there is no other way to say it.

In general an interest collection of links that are very you :p

    Sleepy time for Kitty

  2. IMHO Production I.G. are the best anime studio out there at them moment in terms of the quality of their work. I love the style in all the GITS work with a nice fusion of CG and hand-drawn stuff, the same can be said for the sequence you mentioned in Kill Bill.

Glad you liked some of the links!
